Will our guests have to wait in line or pose for long periods?
Not at all. Guests simply stop by for a quick reference photo and return to the celebration.

How many guests can you paint?
Live Guest Portraits are designed for celebrations where the experience can be enjoyed by a larger group of guests. When Leanne is painting on-site for the duration of the event, she can typically complete approximately 80–100 guest portraits live, depending on the event timeline and collection.
For larger guest lists, remaining portraits can be thoughtfully completed in the studio following the celebration.
What happens if every guest cannot be painted live during the event?
Nothing is compromised. Any remaining portraits are completed individually in Leanne’s studio following the celebration.
Every guest included in your collection receives a finished, hand-painted portrait. Completed portraits are carefully protected and shipped directly to guests’ homes with complimentary delivery.
Do guests need to be present for the entire event?
No. Guests simply need to be available for a quick reference photo during the event. This makes Live Guest Portraits especially effortless for celebrations where guests are moving between cocktails, dinner, dancing, and other activities.
When do you arrive?
Leanne arrives two hours prior to the start of your coverage to prepare the portrait station and photo references. This setup time is complimentary and never deducted from your live painting coverage.
What materials are used?
Portraits are created on either 5 × 7" heavyweight pressed cotton paper using acrylic, graphite & watercolor, or 5 × 7" stretched canvas using acrylic and graphite.
Your collection will specify the selected medium.
How is travel handled?
Travel and logistics are fully arranged and included in your collection pricing. You simply enjoy the experience while we manage the details behind the scenes.
Can Live Guest Portraits be customized for our event?
Absolutely. Collections are tailored around your guest count, timeline, venue, and artistic vision. Custom collections are also available for private events, corporate gatherings, intimate celebrations, and weekday experiences.
How do we reserve our date?
Your date is secured with a signed agreement and 30% retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Final guest counts and collection details may be adjusted prior to final payment.
